Robert Ameo has over 20 years experience in health care management, marketing and business development. Prior to founding Market Modelers, he served in the corporate development group at Johnson & Johnson. He is a recognized expert and innovator in the modeling and forecasting of new technology adoption. Robert has extensive experience evaluating new product and technology opportunities in pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health care. He holds a PhD from the University of Miami in counseling psychology with a sub-speciality in behavioral research design and statistics. Dr. Ameo holds memberships in the International Institute of Forecasters (IIF), the Pharmaceutical Market Research Group (PMRG) and the European Society for Opinion and Market Research (ESOMAR).
Michael A. Kubica, MBA, MS, Senior Director Forecasting and Research
Michael Kubica has over 15 years consulting experience in long term forecasting for major pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic companies. He is a recognized expert in forecasting and predictive modeling. Michael has extensive experience in building forecast models for evaluating licensing and acquisition opportunities, strategic planning and supply chain optimization. He holds a MBA with specialization in healthcare finance and economics, and a MS degree in psychology both from Nova Southeastern University
Shannon Maschmeier, MBA, MEd, Research Consultant
Shannon Maschmeier has over 20 years’ experience managing details and timelines in the health care industry. She has extensive project management and professional research recruiting experience. She has managed all phases of research projects, including planning, design, fieldwork, analyses and presentations. Shannon holds an MBA from Webster University and an M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Missouri.

Bridget McElwee is an engaging and dedicated professional with over 20 years experience in healthcare and consumer marketing and education. She is an accomplished direct consumer marketer, event planner, and qualitative and quantitative research moderator. Belinda has over 10 years’ experience designing and executing strategic, custom market research studies for a range of clients. This experience spans domestic and international research and analysis projects for pharmaceutical, Medtech, consumer, and technology clients. Specializing in research operations, Belinda uses a hands-on approach in all phases of a research project: methodology and survey design; programming, fielding and field management; data processing and analysis, and report design. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Emory University.
